Today, i'll be talking abt PROPOSALS, WORK MANAGEMENT, PROJECTS and GROUP WORK

In this blog post, i have points
1. Discussion
2. Information flow
3. Communication


Firstly, on my point of discussion.
When u discuss what you want to do for project etc, there are a few things you must take note.

1. How long the discussion is
(so u can manage how long u wan to spend per topic/issue/things to be done)

2. Objectives of the discussion
(you mus noe why u are even discussing in the first place)

When discussing sth, you must always try your very best to make a conscious effort to let everyone's opinion to be heard.
And if you are thinking of an idea, you should INFORM THE REST, and voice out

So far i've made 2 points, 1, listening, 2, voicing out.
Here are my reasons why i feel this 2 things are crucial.
You must always let others be heard. They may ahve brilliant ideas, but are too shy to voice out. You should also not let ppl come for a discussion and not say anything.
In a discussion, everyone MUST contribute, and SHOULD contribute.
No one should be doing TOO MUCH WORK.
Next, if u have an idea, you should voice out. WHy? Because no one is perfect. There will never be a perfect idea, or foolproof plan, no matter how long you spend working on it. Since your idea can never be perfect, voice it out and let otehrs hear about it. Everyone has a part to play and have the right to listen to you.
Ideas should be voiced out, so people can comment and make changes so it would be better.

THis applies to many things, From debate(as in points def, clar etc) to Project work (bio etc)

Now moving on to my next point of information flow.
Information flow is about how information is being conveyed to everyone, how people are updated about things/changes made.

Everyone should be constantly be updated about what is happening.
If there are changes, everyone will be aware of them.
Moreover these changes can have a big impact on the layout of the plan.
These changes come in a form of, maybe change in time? Change in programme? Change in date? Change in points? It can come in a form of anything.
If everyone is not constantly updates, No one will noe abt the changes and no one would noe what is happening.

To my next point on communication.
Communication is linked to information flow.
COmmunication is crucial if you want a grp to do their best.
We should always make a constant effort to communicate with one another, and find out other's opinion on an idea.
THese opinions can be crucial when it comes to planning.
communication also prevents people from doing the wrong thing.
For example, imagine if a ask u to do this
and then b ask u do sth else.
U end up doing both and then u realise that they've scraped everything and what they actually wanted u to do was c.
Look at how mcuh time can be wasted?
Here is where it links to information flow.
If you don't communicate effectively, can information flow?
Can peopel be updated about what's happening?
Definitely not.

Now, let's take a step back and view what i've typed. I've talked abt 3 main points,
1. Discussion
2. Information flow
3. Communication
And how these processes are crucial.

Now, i want to add in 1 last point.
Work management.

Managing your work is vital.
especially when u have a long list of things to complete.
If you cannot do all the work yourself, split it up.
Ask others to help out.
We should trust others.
What's the worst that can happne?
No work coming back?
Considering the fact that we are all from tk, work will come back
But it's a matter of how gd or how sucky.
Anyway, there's a reason why it's called GROUP work.
It's lots of work for a GROUP to complete.
Solo-ing it wun help and would jus tire u out.
